Gyakugote thinking "push"
Gyakugote is usually explained as “twist his wrist and pull his wrist”. If this thinking is too strong, the Shusha can not throw the Kosha. Because the Shusha twists his body and pulls his hands, the Kosha’s arm becomes straight.
If you chage this thinking into “push”, it is less risky.
The fulcrum is an area where the ring finger touches, The point of effort is an area where the thumb touches. Then we can’t pull the point of effort, but only push the point. We can’t pull the wrist using Sabakite. Sabakite only support the thumb pushing the point of effort.
We can do Gyakugote through the mechanism, but there is a reason that we pull our hands carelessly.
Because a better Kenshi moves not only his hands but his whole body. If we glance at his techniques, it looks like he is pulling his hands.
